Alberta Choral Federation The Alberta Choral Federation is a non-profit association of choral directors, teachers, choristers, and others with an interest in choral music. The ACF endeavors to foster the organization and development of choral groups of all types, promote significant research and composition in choral music and advocate for support of the arts by all levels of government, business and community. The Alberta Choral Federation is a valuable resource for advice and assistance: information on programming, administration, marketing; finding conductors, clinicians and adjudicators; singing and conducting opportunities for all levels of experience, plus educational and practical resources. Festival Place Festival Place is a vibrant multi-use center for the arts, community and business and is a point of convergence for the cultural visions, ideas and energies of the community of Sherwood Park, Alberta. It is an entertainment destination at the heart of Centre in the Park, a new community development. Festival Place has welcomed amateur and professional artists to its theatre stage, and has hosted many community activities and events with over 100 professional performances by leading local, regional, national and international artists. Every genre of performance is represented, from blues and Celtic to comedy, world, folk and live theatre. Festival Place is also home to a number of community and regional arts organizations, including our own Festival Players, Festival Players for Youth and Festival Singers. |
